Position: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
Location: Downey, CA
Start Date: 11/30/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele RN experience
• Previous Charge Nurse experience required
• Teaching hospital experience required
• California RN license required at submission
• BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required
• Allscripts charting experience required
• Patient ratio experience: 1:4
• Floating required
• Every other weekend coverage
• Must be willing to work holidays
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Travel experience not required

Required Clinical Skills:

• Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management
• CVA/TIA and cardiac patient care
• IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, ports and blood administration
• IV insulin and heparin protocols
• CBI and pre/post-hemodialysis management
• Feeding tubes, PCA and renal failure management
• Ortho trauma, total joint replacement and surgical drains
• Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP and HFNC
• Tracheostomy care, ABG interpretation and oxygen management
• Wound care, wound vac and isolation precautions
• Rapid Response/Code team experience
