Travel Surgical Technologist (OR)
 

Facility: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73120
Department: Operating Room (OR Complex)

Shift: Days – 4x10 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 Weeks 
Call: Required
Weekend: As required by facility

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• CST certification preferred.
• 1+ year of travel experience preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Must be willing to float as needed.
• Must be comfortable with mandatory call rotations.

Clinical Experience:

Experience with multiple surgical specialties, including:

• Neurology
• Urology
• Oncology
• Gynecology
• Robotics
• Orthopedics
• Podiatry
• ENT
• Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF)
• General Surgery

Additional Details:

• 23 OR beds listed; 18 operating rooms currently in operation.
• Patient ratio: 1:1.
• Facility-provided light blue scrubs.
• Call rotation includes 2 primary and 2 backup assignments over a 2-month period.
• Professionalism, teamwork, and flexibility are essential.

Note: CST and travel experience are preferred, not mandatory. AHA BLS and 1+ year of OR experience are required.
