Telemetry / Med-Surg RN | Critical Access Hospital — MichiganSchedule<ul><li>Nights: 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. | 36 scheduled hours/week.</li><li>2 weekend shifts per 2-week period.</li><li>No holiday requirement listed.</li><li>Low-census on-call utilized.</li><li>No guaranteed hours.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Michigan RN license, BLS, and ACLS.</li><li>Telemetry, cardiac drip, and respiratory support experience, including heated high-flow.</li><li>Must independently titrate Cardizem.</li><li>Postoperative care experience with general surgery, orthopedic, and urology patients.</li><li>Ability to stabilize acutely ill patients using ACLS protocols and prepare for transfer to a higher level of care.</li><li>Comfortable caring for high-acuity patients and floating to high-acuity units.</li></ul>Unit &amp; Support<ul><li>12-bed Med-Surg unit.</li><li>Typical assignment: 4–5 patients; maximum 6.</li><li>CNA and RN support, plus a critical care-trained house supervisor.</li><li>Physician and respiratory therapy support for stabilization and transfers.</li><li>Scrubs: No specific color.</li></ul>
