Description
RN – Skilled Care
Location: Kremmling, CO
Position: Registered Nurse – Skilled Care (SNF/LTC)
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Openings: 1
Shift: Nights | 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Active Colorado RN License
- BLS Certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- EPIC charting experience
- Holiday coverage required
- 2 on-call shifts per 6 weeks
- Potential overtime required
- Must be willing to provide coverage at Granby MedSurg if needed
