<p><strong>🏥 RN – Operating Room (OR) | Travel Contract</strong></p><p>📍 <strong>Mishawaka, IN</strong><br />📅 <strong>13-Week Contract</strong><br />⏰ <strong>Day Shift: Wednesday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM</strong><br /> </p><h3>Position Highlights</h3><ul><li>3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts).</li><li>Weekday call: 2–4 days per month.</li><li>Holiday requirement: 1 holiday per contract.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.</li><li>Serve as a circulating and/or scrub nurse.</li><li>Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety.</li><li>Monitor patients and collaborate with the surgical team.</li><li>Complete accurate surgical documentation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active RN license (Indiana or compact).</li><li>Current BLS certification.</li><li>Previous Operating Room nursing experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing and sterile techniques.</li><li>Ability to participate in weekday call rotation.</li></ul><p>✨ <strong>Looking for your next travel assignment?
