MS/Tele RN – Job Requirements
Required Certifications & License
- Active California (CA) RN License
- NIHSS
- ACLS
- BLS
Experience Required
- Recent minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience.
- Strong Telemetry experience required.
- EKG experience preferred.
Scheduling
- Every other weekend required.
- On call as needed.
Floating Requirements
- Must be willing to float to other units within the RN's scope of practice.
- May float between Ashby and Herrick campuses depending on census and staffing needs.
- Travelers are expected to be flexible with floating between hospital units and campuses.
- Typically, 1.5 hours' notice will be provided before the shift when floating is required.
- Shuttle transportation is provided when floating between campuses is requested.
