Job Description

Lovelace Women's Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to join its ICU/CCU team for a 13-week travel contract.

The selected candidate will provide critical care to adult patients with complex medical, surgical, and cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring critically ill patients, managing ventilators, administering and titrating cardiac and vasoactive medications, managing central lines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Ideally 2–3 years of progressive ICU experience.
• Strong critical care and patient assessment skills.
• Experience managing a 1:2 ICU patient ratio.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• LTAC experience preferred.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable floating as required.

First-time travelers are welcome with 2–3 years of progressive ICU experience.

• PALS
• TNCC
