12 hour Night shift rotating 36/48 schedule. Matrix Charting system. No vents/trachs/feeding tubes..
Each unit has a dedicated QMA to handle medication passes, and CNA to handle resident care allowing the nurse to focus more on nursing responsibilities such as assessments, treatments, and overall resident care.
