Required Qualifications

Sterile IV Compounding Certification required.
Pharmacist experience in:
- Medical-Surgical
- Oncology
- Inpatient Pharmacy
Meditech experience required/preferred by the facility.

Hospital Capacity: 600 beds
Daily Census: Approximately 500–600 patients

Sterile IV compounding.
Inpatient pharmacy experience.
Medical-Surgical pharmacy experience.
Oncology pharmacy experience.

Pyxis ES experience.
Meditech experience.

DoseEdge is specifically highlighted as a key system used by the pharmacy; candidates with this experience may have an advantage.

Dress Code

- Scrub Color: Maroon / Wine.

Weekend & Scheduling Requirements

7 days on followed by 7 days off.
Wednesday through Tuesday rotation.
No every-other-weekend requirement specified.

Active Pharmacist license.
Sterile IV Compounding Certification.
Medical-Surgical pharmacy experience.
Oncology pharmacy experience.
Inpatient pharmacy experience.
Meditech experience.
DoseEdge experience (preferred).

Comfortable with 7 days on / 7 days off.
Comfortable working in a busy inpatient pharmacy.

Important: Sterile IV Compounding Certification is mandatory. Prioritize candidates with inpatient pharmacy, Med-Surg, and Oncology experience. DoseEdge experience is especially valuable.
