Job Description

HCA Houston Healthcare West is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency response skills, excellent patient care experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Details

28-bed Emergency Department
Patient ratio: 1:4
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Equipment: Ventilators, Baxter IV pumps
Common procedures: Intubation and central line placement
Day shift staffing includes CNC, RNs, triage nurse, medic, and unit secretary

Requirements

Previous Emergency Department experience
Strong patient care and emergency response skills
BLS
ACLS
PALS or ENPC
TNCC preferred

Additional Information

Rotating weekends
No floating
Scrub color: Royal Blue
Must be flexible and a team player
