Job Description:

Registered Nurses (RN) – Buffalo, Wyoming

Facility: Veterans' Home of Wyoming
Location: Buffalo, WY
Care Settings: Assisted Living Facility (ALF) & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Open Positions:

• 2 RNs – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 1 RN – Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: December 1, 2026
• Shift Duration: 12 Hours
• Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Rotating Holidays
• Contract Duration: Up to 26 Weeks
• Pay Rate: $45/hour anticipated base rate

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Wyoming RN license or qualifying compact license.
• BSN degree or Agency-approved equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous LTC, SNF, ALF, geriatric, or veterans care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Additional Information:

• Paid facility orientation.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.
• Current TB screening and immunization records required.
• Travel assignment; permanent residence generally must be more than 100 miles from the facility.
