ICU RN | 12-Hour Days/Nights<ul><li>Unit: 5-bed ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.</li><li>Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.; holiday rotation required.</li><li>Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.</li><li>Patient population: Stroke, STEMI, and NSTEMI.</li><li>Drips: Cardizem, insulin, propofol, Versed, and vasopressors.</li><li>Ventilator: Hamilton C-1.</li><li>Floating: Med/Surg.</li><li>Support: In-house hospitalist, telemetry/monitor techs, and nurse aides as needed. No charge nurse or IV team.</li><li>Respiratory therapy: On-site until 6 p.m.; on-call afterward with a 10-minute response.</li><li>Pharmacy: In-house until 10 p.m.; remote coverage afterward.</li><li>Charting: Paragon for hospital documentation; Allscripts TouchWorks for clinic documentation.</li><li>Orientation: 1–2 unit shifts.</li><li>Scrubs: Royal blue.</li><li>Education: BSN not required.</li></ul>
