Location: Manning, SC

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements

Department Overview

• Performs imaging for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
• EMR: Epic
• Equipment: Presley Painter from ADI Ultrasound

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic (TTE), transesophageal (TEE), and stress echocardiograms (exercise and pharmacologic).
• Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain high-quality cardiac images.
• Analyze ultrasound data and provide preliminary findings to physicians.
• Measure cardiac structures and evaluate heart function using Doppler and imaging techniques.
• Administer contrast agents and agitated saline when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in Epic.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on echocardiography technology and techniques.
