*DAY SHIFT OR RN - 40hrs/week (8hr or 10hr days) + CALL
NO LOCALS. Candidates perm address must be 50+ miles from facility.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed):

Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

Patient Population: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult & Geriatric
Trauma Level III
EMR Used: Cerner
Must have CIRCULATING experience [required]
Scrub experience is a plus, but not required [highly preferred]
Must be proficient in the following cases: General, OB, Ortho, ENT, Trauma, Plastics, Ophthalmology [required]
Previous travel experience [highly preferred]
BLS, PALS AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. Facility will not pend certifications.
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Perm address must be included in profile
