Description
Specialty: Echo Technologist / Echo Tech
Location: Springfield, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Shift & Schedule
- Day Shift
- 4 × 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8-hour shifts may also be scheduled: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekend requirement: Less than 1 weekend shift per 13-week contract.
- On-call required: 4–5 days per 6-week schedule (approximately 1 day per week).
- Block scheduling: Facility tries to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
- Floating: No unit-level floating specified; general facility floating policy applies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Echo experience.
- ARDMS and CCI certifications preferred.
- Accepted specialty certifications include:
- ARDMS
- CCI RCS
- RDCS
- Adult Acute Care experience required.
- Adult Outpatient experience required.
- ER experience required.
- ICU experience required.
- Philips equipment experience preferred.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Illinois license must be active and in hand at submission.
