- Registered Nurse (2 years)
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
- 24 months of current Med Surg / Med Surg Tele experience.
- Previous Charge Nurse experience.
- EPIC charting experience.
- Active Iowa RN license or Compact/Multistate license.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
- Driver's License – Required document.
- Med Surg-specific skills checklist.
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility, based on driver's license address.
