Description

Medical Surgical RN – Sanford Health | Fargo, North Dakota.

Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotating
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday
Beds: 47
Patient Ratio: 5:1 Days / 6:1 Nights
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Med-Surg experience in a 200+ bed hospital; Level II or higher trauma center
Travel Experience: Required (exceptions for extensive Level I experience)
Preferred: Surgical Oncology experience
License: Active ND or Compact RN License (state must be specified)
Certification: BLS (AHA)
Charting: EPIC
Scrubs: Navy Blue
Floating: May float to any Med-Surg unit across any campus
Orientation: 1 day lead center training + 2 × 12-hour preceptor shifts
Cancellation: Up to 12 hours per 13-week contract
