Required qualifications

Active Wisconsin (WI) license at the time of submission.
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
Critical care experience required.
Previous travel assignment experience required.
BLS certification.

Floating requirements

Must be willing to float within their skill set at the assigned facility.
May also be required to float to other facilities within a 40-mile radius.

Candidate screening questions

Do you hold an active Wisconsin RT license?
Do you have at least 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience?
Do you have critical care experience?
Have you completed previous travel assignments?
Do you have hands-on experience with EPIC?
Do you hold a current BLS certification?
Are you comfortable working 6 PM–6:30 AM?
Are you comfortable floating to other facilities within a 40-mile radius?
Are you available to work every other weekend and every other holiday?

Important recruiter notes

Strict submission requirement

WI license must be active before submission. A pending application will not meet the stated requirement.
Critical care experience is mandatory.

Best candidate profile: An experienced Respiratory Therapist with an active WI license, at least 2 years of RT experience including critical care, previous travel experience, and EPIC proficiency.
