Description

Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Carbondale, IL

Location: Carbondale, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Schedule: 36–40 Hours per Week
Weekends: As Required

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards.
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures and provide compassionate patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to radiation safety protocols.

Requirements:

Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist credentials and applicable state licensure
Recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Medical imaging background with hands-on nuclear medicine experience required
Candidates without nuclear medicine imaging experience will not be considered
Strong communication and patient care skills
