Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join an outpatient clinic team. The LVN will provide nursing support focused on disease prevention, health maintenance, and patient care.

The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, front-office personnel, and other departments to support patients and their families and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist with disease prevention and health maintenance activities.
• Support patients and families by providing appropriate health education and instructions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and front-office personnel.
• Help coordinate patient care and respond to patient and family needs.
• Organize daily responsibilities, establish priorities, and maintain flexibility in a busy clinic environment.
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication.
• Use computer systems for routine clinical and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• Current California LVN license or interim LVN permit.
• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational Nursing program.
• Associate degree or equivalent qualification, as specified by the facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Good clinical judgment and organizational skills.
