Dietitian, Dietary Services

Location: Greenville, South Carolina Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Day shift, 5 x 8 hours (0800-1630), 40 hours/week Floating: Required if needed

Unit and Patients

Unit: Behavioral health Day Treatment program
Patients: Adolescents, adults, seniors, and postpartum patients in PHP and IOP behavioral health programs, including individuals with eating disorders
Diagnoses: Eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, OSFED), mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, OCD, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions

Role Responsibilities

Nutrition assessments and individualized treatment planning
Meal support and nutrition education
Participation on the interdisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing

Required Qualifications

Valid RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) license in South Carolina (RD/RDN)
RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) with at least 2 years of experience
RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) experience within the last year
Experience with Epic

Conditional Certifications

Life support, stroke, crisis prevention, and similar certifications (such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NIH Stroke, or MAB/CPI) may be required depending on the unit. Confirm before submitting.

Onboarding

Online modules (about 12 hours) must be completed within 72 hours of assignment. The facility will not clear the candidate to start until they are complete.
Respirator fit test completed onsite during orientation.
