Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Burbank, California
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
• 40 hours per week
• Acute Care Facility
• No floating expectation
• First-time travelers are accepted, but must be screened
• Typical weekend requirement: one full weekend every 4 weeks, subject to department need
• RTO restriction: no more than 7 days
• Scrub color: Business Attire or Scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Master of Social Work license in California
• Master's degree in social work
• 1 year of Master of Social Work experience within the last year
• Experience working with medical patients
• Government-Issued Photo ID
• Social Security Card, as applicable for I-9
• E-Verify attestation
• Background check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked within the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
• 3rd party education verification
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment application including at least the last 5 years of employment
• Work history verification if needed for a reference exception request
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Fit mask record within 1 year of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Rubeola (Measles) documentation
• Mumps documentation
• Rubella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Varicella documentation
• Drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• COVID vaccination record or declination
• RespSafety clearance
