Job Overview
- Employment type: Per diem

- Shift: Night, 12 hours
Assignment Details
- This role is part of a labor and delivery float pool.
- Assignment location is provided on the day of shift.
- Floating may include multiple nearby medical centers in the Portland area.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- At least 1.5 years of labor and delivery experience within the last 3 years
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Experience with 100+ births per month
- Experience in antepartum, circulate and recover, triage, central line maintenance, insulin, heparin, SVE, fetal heart monitoring, anti-hypertensives, magnesium, and IUPC
- 2 references from a charge RN or supervisor covering 1 year of RN employment within the last 3 years
- Epic experience
Schedule Expectations
- Minimum of 4 shifts per month is required for per diem clinicians
- Failure to meet the minimum for 2 consecutive months may result in cancellation
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Orientation
- Orientation is held every other Monday from 09:00 to 16:30
- No unit orientation is provided for per diem RNs
Compliance Notes
- A background check, drug screen, and standard occupational health documentation are required before start
- Annual regulatory modules are required for this role
