Role Summary

• Circulating and scrub RN in a rural surgical setting.
• Responsible for perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative phases.
• May support multiple surgical specialties, including c-sections, hand cases, podiatry, and cataracts.
• Taking call is limited to c-sections.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Dakota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• OB/GYN experience
• Hand Surgery experience
• Ophthalmology experience

Relevant Experience / Skills

• Background in a rural setting.
• Ability to work across multiple surgical specialties and adapt to fluctuating surgical volumes and staffing needs.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and technical skill.
