Unit and Staffing

• Unit: Emergency Department (ED), 11 beds
• Typical ratio: 1:4
• Float requirements: N/A
• Staff support: One LPN or Paramedic, 24/7

Schedule

• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours (11:00 to 22:00)
• Hours: 12 per day, 36 per week
• Weekends and holidays: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Emergency Department (ED) experience: 1 year, completed within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Military, or RQI
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Military, or RQI
• BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Military, or RQI
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry independently
• Experience with Epic
