Job Description:

- Manage medication dispensing and uphold the highest standards of documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary medical interventions.
- Oversee the provision of nursing care by licensed vocational/practical nursing staff.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with facility staff and outside healthcare providers.
- Make informed, independent decisions while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor inpatient hospitalizations for early releases when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of all medical records with utmost diligence.
- Conduct health counseling and education sessions, both individually and in groups.
- Assist in the preparation of standard reports and maintain meticulous operational records.
- Stay updated with medical and technical procedures, as well as regulations affecting your practice.
- Contribute to the accreditation efforts of the medical program with efficiency and excellence.
- Prepare and report incidents accurately and take appropriate action during emergencies.
