Schedule

• Days, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 10-hour shifts with a rotating weekday off
• Call required
• No floating
• Max RTO: 2 weeks
• RTO blackout: week of Thanksgiving and week of Christmas

• 6 ORs
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist with 3 years of experience
• Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience working with Orthopedics patients
• Experience working with General Surgery patients
• Experience working with Spine patients
• Experience working with Vascular patients
• Experience with obstetric (OB) surgery
• Robotic surgery experience with DaVinci, Mako, and Globus
• Experience with orthospine surgery
• Experience with urology surgery

Role Description

Surgical technologists prepare the operating room, including the sterile field and surgical equipment and supplies. During surgery, they pass instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon, manage surgical equipment, and manage the sterile field and specimens. They also count sponges and supplies to prevent retained foreign objects.
