Cath Lab Technologist

Overview

• Location: Beloit, Wisconsin
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 26 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Wisconsin
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Clinical Details

• Performs scrub, pan, monitor, and assists in ambulatory bay and inpatient bedside procedures as needed
• Assists with ICD and pacemaker placement
• Uses Siemens fluoro, angiojet, balloon pump, Impella, and merge hemodynamics
• Call rotation: 1–2 nights per week and every 3–4 weekends
• Orientation: in person and on the unit for 1–2 days

Preferred

• Cerner experience
• Previous travel experience

Additional Notes

• Physical and drug screen are performed on the first day
• Travelers with pets, especially large pets, may have difficulty with housing in Beloit, WI; check with housing before placing travelers with pets
