Location: Inglewood, California Specialty: Radiology Technician Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days a week, plus STEMI on-call

Role Overview

• Cath Lab Rad Tech (RT/CVT)
• STEMI on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Radiology Technologist license in California
• At least 1 year of Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience, with experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• DCI/BVP certification, renewed every year
• Driver's License

Required for Onboarding

Credentials and background

• Driver's license, state ID, or passport
• Criminal background check within one year of start date
• Form I-9 (agency attestation accepted)
• SAM/EPLS check
• OIG check
• Agency attestation, completed after all other credentials are uploaded
• Signed job description
• Sexual harassment prevention training (California, valid 2 years; free online)
• Workplace violence prevention training (online platform or free CDC resource)
• Facility orientation packet

Health and immunizations

• Drug screen, minimum 10-panel, within 60 days of start (California: urine panel plus saliva THC test)
• COVID-19 vaccines (2 doses and booster) or declination
• MMR: proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer (declinations accepted at this facility only)
• Varicella: proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer (declinations accepted at this facility only)
• Hepatitis B: record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination (declinations not accepted at this facility)
• Tdap: proof of prior vaccination or titer, or declination form
• Seasonal influenza vaccine or declination, annually
• Annual TB test and annual TB questionnaire
• Annual respirator fit test (general 3M 1860 series masks accepted unless the facility directs otherwise)
• Physical/health statement stating clear to work, annually (within 60 days of start)
• Annual color-blind test

Competency

• Core competencies exam, score of 80% or higher
• Specialty exam, score of 80% or higher
