MRI Technologist

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist experience (1 year)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT certification

Onboarding Requirements

• Immunizations and health:

  • MMR documentation (two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine, or two MMR vaccines), or proof of immunity by blood test. Vaccination is required if the titer shows low or no immunity.
  • Influenza vaccine, due by 11/13/2026 for travelers on assignment. No religious or medical exemptions or waivers. Pharmacy- or provider-administered FluMist is accepted; self-administered FluMist is not.
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date: a TB skin test, or a negative QuantiFERON or T-SPOT blood test. Update after a break of more than 6 months.
  • Physician health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA, within 365 days of start date.
• Respiratory protection:

  • N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually. Fit testing cannot be done onsite. Religious and medical exemptions are not allowed.
  • Respirator medical clearance (RMC) attestation, uploaded with the fit test record form.
• Background and screening:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days before start date. Include all counties resided, employed, or in school in the past 7 years, and any international residence or travel over 30 consecutive days.
  • Massachusetts CORI check run within 30 days before start date, with an attestation.
  • SSN trace with the criminal check, listing addresses and aliases for the past 7 years.
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start, updated annually.
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start, updated annually, with an attestation.
  • Education verification of highest level achieved and any required certification.
• Other:

  • Color badge photo taken within the past 6 months, with a plain background, no selfies or filters, no headwear, and no eyeglasses.
  • Confirmation of Assignment/POI form, updated if the start date changes.
  • Beeline attestation, completed after registering.

Submission Requirements

• Resume covering the past 7 years, with city and state for all work and education
• 2 professional references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above
• Skills checklist completed within the past year
• Candidate submission coversheet (not required for extensions)

Optional Documents

• Name change documentation, if credentials do not match the legal name
• TB symptom survey, if PPD is positive
• Chest X-ray, if PPD or TB test is positive (dated after the positive test)
