Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
Shift accommodation requests will not be considered
48-hour guarantee is not available
