Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Leominster, Massachusetts
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Floating required between Leominster and Clinton campuses
• No block schedules
• Orientation includes pass/fail testing for telemetry and medication
• Must be able to start up to 4 hours earlier or later than scheduled start time based on unit need

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association

• Psych holding area in the ED
• Patient ratio: 1:5
• Previous travel experience is not required
