Echo Technologist II

Location: Michigan City, Indiana Unit: Echo Department: Cardiac Services Employment type: Travel Contract length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 contractor Replacement position: Yes

Schedule

5 eight-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Rotating weekends and call
Weekends: variable, with two weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a 6-week schedule, plus one night each week
Call: 7 to 8 shifts per month, rotating every 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

Certification: CCI or ARDMS
Echo Technologist with 2+ years of experience
Echo Technologist experience within the last year
Experience working with pediatric patients
Must have stress echo experience

Unit and Role Details

Float between inpatient, outpatient, and procedures
Patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and intra-procedural
Approximately 150 beds
Patient ratio: 7+ cases per day
Equipment: Phillips EpiQ
