Job Overview

- Patient volume: 25–26 visits per week

Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas
- Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist experience
Schedule / Work Expectations
- Weekend work not required
- On-call not required
- Mileage reimbursement available
- Average daily patient volume: 6–7
- Must complete required weekly patient visits and documentation
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- State license verification
- National certification/verification as applicable
- Signed orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframe
- TB questionnaire as applicable
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Two professional references within 3 years of hire
