Assignment Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Skilled Home Health
- 8-hour day shifts, 5x8 schedule
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Productivity: approximately 30 points per week; up to 6 patients per day
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend support may be required
- No call requirement
- Local clinicians accepted within a 50–75 mile radius at the same rate
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 1 year of Home Health experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience with OASIS

Facility / Assignment Details
- Home Health setting
- Service area may occasionally extend up to approximately 60 miles, or 60–90 minutes of total driving per day
- Facility makes every effort to group patient visits and minimize driving
- Free parking
- Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate
