Pros
Lots of OT! Patient acuity at the ER Overflow is not as bad as you think it is. The staff are wonderful. 90% of staff are travel nurse so you know… its fun! Lol
Cons
Very fast phase turnover of patient. Coordination of care can be hard as there are lots of young residents that can be pretty aggressive requiring a seasoned nurse to guide them.
- Short Term Acute Care
- 556 beds
