Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas
• Start date within the next 3-5 weeks
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 19:00-7:00
• 36/48 hour alternating schedule
• Facility schedules 84 hours biweekly with an 84-hour guarantee

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• TNCC
• NIH Stroke Certification
• No first-time travelers accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience

Additional Requirements

• References: 2 required within 3 years of start
• Background check required and updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start
• State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start
• NURSYS Verification required within 30 days of start
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required and updated annually
• Skills Checklist 1 required and updated annually
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start and within 72 hours of signing contract
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 72 hours of signing contract
• Drug testing required within 72 hours of signing contract
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required within 10 years of start
• COVID vaccination documentation required
• Flu vaccination required seasonally, with medical or religious exemption available
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunization/titer requirements apply as stated by the source
