 <li>Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience with PICC lines, dressing changes, tracheostomy care, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, Pleurex drains, catheters, lab draws, and urinalysis.</li>
 <li>Type of Patients: Adult medical surgical, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI, and GU patients.</li>
 <li>Personality Fit: Collaborative, team-oriented, strong communicator, open to feedback to improve practice or workflow.</li>
