Registered Nurse - Clinic

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Specialty: Nursing Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Role Overview

• Provides evidence-based nursing services to participants enrolled in the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.
• Supports participants and their caregivers/family members through clinic services, including teaching, counseling, and other skilled interventions.
• Performs physical assessments, develops nursing care plans, and coordinates scheduling, communication, and encounter documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure, maintained throughout employment
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
• Minimum of 2 years of clinic experience
• Clinic experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Successful completion of competency evaluations
• BSN (preferred)
