Sterile Processing Tech

Location: Clinton, Maryland Specialty: Surgical Services Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP, with start dates of 11/16, 11/23, and 11/30 Shift: Night, 5x8 hours (23:00 to 07:30) Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Sterile Processing Technician (2 years of experience)
Sterile Processing Technician experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA
Driver's License

Schedule and Call Requirements

On call once per month for 24 hours, plus 24-hour holiday call
Every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Additional Information

Scrubs provided
Facility modules must be completed before start; the time required varies by facility and unit
Must complete EKG-related training if applicable
