Required Qualifications

• Active BLS and ACLS
• Active Washington RN license
• 2 full years of experience (ER RN)
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC

• ED Providers: 1 ED provider 24 hours/day
• Lab Draws: Phlebotomists

• Pharmacy: Not 24/7; house resource nurse (HRN) covers after hours

Schedule and Assignment

• Shift Times: 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 12:30p-1a
• Scheduled Hours: 0830-2100, every other weekend
• Holidays: Yes
• Floating: Not usually, but travelers are required to float to other nearby facilities within the regional group, and the first traveler is first to float
• Floor-Specific Orientation: Yes
• Orientation/Education Hours: Not guaranteed during the first 2 weeks; expect 25+ hours
