Must be 50+ miles from the facility.
36 hours per week.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Floor: 3 South
Building: South Tower
Floating area: All Med Surg Tele floors

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Meditech

Preferred Qualifications

Time management skills
Critical thinking skills

Unit Details

Patient ratio: 6 to 1
Equipment includes EKG Machine, DynaMaps, Bladder Scanner, Vein Finder, and Telemetry
Typical procedures include Heart Caths
Every other weekend or 2 full weekends per month
