Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Location: Portland, Maine (Basement floor) Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Week: 48 (listed total)

Schedule and Hours

Guaranteed hours: 36 hours (9-hour shifts, 0800-1730) or 40 hours (0800-1430 or 0700-1730)
Weekends are call only
Call: maximum of 1-2 weeknights per week and every 6th weekend (Fri-Sun)
Does not float to other units

Unit Information

Interventional Radiology with 3 procedure rooms
Full staff model: 2 technologists per procedure room, rotating scrubbing and circulating
Equipment: Siemens

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Maine
Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT RT (R)
BLS
Experience working with Neuro patients
Experience working with Stroke patients
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
