Role Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Los Angeles, California
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
40 hours per week
13-week contract
Floating required
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in California
2 years of clinic experience
Clinic experience within the last year
BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
IV Certification
Blood Certification
Experience with Epic
Flu vaccine required; declinations and exemptions are not accepted
Pending license not accepted

Government-issued photo ID
2 professional references, including 1 supervisory reference
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screen within 1 year of start
California nurse aide registry results are required for CNA placements only, not this role
