Role Overview
- 29-bed Stepdown Unit
- Tele and Stepdown patients
- Ideal candidate is an ICU RN who can care for S/D patients
- Must be willing to float to other Tele floors as needed
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- No block schedule requests
- Must work 23 major holidays (eve and day)
- Locals considered within a 60-mile radius
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- 2 years of Stepdown experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Experience with Epic
