• Travel/Contract role in Dallas, Texas
• Home health pediatric occupational therapy for high risk infants
• 20 hours per week
• Day shift: 2x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
• Start date window: 10/26/26 to 01/17/27
• Average patient load: 6–7 per day
• Visits: about 20 per week, averaging about 5 per day
• Territory covered: Richardson, TX
• Mileage reimbursed
• Locals accepted
• First-timers accepted
• Weekend work not required
• On-call not required
• Pending license not accepted
• Charting system: Statewise EMR

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pediatric Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina
• Occupational Therapist experience

Preferred

• CPR

Role Details

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations using standardized tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other providers and disciplines
• Complete required weekly patient visits
• Maintain patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork
• Follow agency policies, procedures, rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
