Overview

• Specialty: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Hours: 12-hour shifts, 12 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years staff ER experience or 2+ years travel ER experience
• Active RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• 2 professional references, including at least 1 supervisor, from within the last 12 months

Preferred

• Trauma Level I experience
• CPI or MAB
• TNCC

Work Expectations

• Comfortable floating within scope of practice
• Must be able to work independently after clearance

Orientation / Start Requirements

• No orientation provided
• Pre-start modules: 8 hours
• Epic experience required
• HIPAA module required
• Unit-specific skills checklist required
• Employment application required
• Background check required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask or PAPR within 1 year of start
• TB screening within 1 year of start
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Flu vaccination required seasonally, with declination allowed
• COVID vaccination record preferred
