PCU Registered Nurse

Location: Beckley, West Virginia Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night (3x12 hours, 19:00 to 7:30) or Night (4x12 hours, 19:00 to 7:30) Hours: 12 per day, 36 per week Schedule: 36/48 hours over the two-week pay period; ratios may fluctuate with census and call-ins

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience: 2 years, with experience within the last year
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Driver's License
Telemetry experience

Preferred

Copy of state license

Additional Notes

Float within scope of practice required
Every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
Orientation is bi-weekly
Candidate must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
Start date is as needed
Driver's license and facility coversheet required in all submission packets; addresses must match
Do not submit a candidate to more than one job at a time
No RTO or timecard edits accepted after an offer is made or the pay period closes
