Consistent rotation of 8 days on and 6 days off
Works every other weekend
Call approximately once per month
Weekday call coverage runs through 9:00 PM, though a team member is typically already scheduled until 9:00 PM

8-day rotation:

MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year

Driver's license or state ID (government-issued photo ID)
Emergency contact form, required before start
Facility orientation checklist, completed before start
Facility orientation modules, plus workplace violence prevention training for ER and Behavioral Health units. Candidates should not obtain a certificate for this training.
Code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, and disclosure statement, completed before start
Exclusion information form, completed for clearance
Signed agency job description
Pandemic attestation, completed before start
Post-test and candidate answer sheet, completed before start
Badge photo: JPEG format, professional passport style, clear, with a plain solid background (blue preferred; white is not accepted)
Religious COVID exemption requires a signed letter from the religious official. Medical exemption requires physician signature.
The facility will contact the candidate within 48 hours of start with the first week's schedule.
