Eligibility: Accepts first-time travelers and local candidates. Does not accept pending licenses.
Return-to-Work (RTO): RTO must be included at time of submission

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience of 1 year, within the last year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association, Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation, or RQI
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association, Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation, or RQI
Fire Card (LA Fire Card)
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification

Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, DO, or APRN
TB: Negative IGRA/TSPOT, QuantiFERON Gold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months of start
Immunizations: MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), varicella, hepatitis B, and Tdap, each with documentation or an acceptable declination
Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season, or an acceptable declination
COVID: Latest vaccination record preferred; declinations are not required
Drug Screen: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start; instant screens accepted
Background Check: Completed within 90 days of start
Respirator Clearance: RespSafety clearance required annually
Fit Mask: Fit testing required for travel; any mask type is acceptable
Annual Training: Required regulatory modules, approximately 3.5 hours, assigned through the facility's learning system
